The Everwell Hub is a patient management platform designed for high-burden public healthcare programs globally. The Everwell Hub supports the entire digital cascade of care from diagnosis through treatment support and completion, including fully integrated modules for diagnostics (both lab generated results and AI diagnostic solutions), digital adherence technologies, virtual care and patient engagement, and digital payments.
Approach
The Everwell hub is an end-to-end digital health tool that engages with staff across all designations and allows them to digitize, input and extract all health related data of their patients. The Everwell hub is modular in nature meaning that individual modules such as diagnostics, adherence, teleconsultation etc. can be deployed independently with as many customizations and configurations as desired. For patients or individuals seeking care, the primary functionally is adherence management that empowers individuals to take onus of their treatment journeys which is critical in illnesses such as TB, HIV, mental health etc. (also our area of focus in terms of diseases among others). The Everwell hub does not host or put out health-related content unless otherwise specified and requested by our implementing partners. That said, the Everwell hub does collect and use health data for the betterment of programs and to ensure effective treatment support.
The Everwell hub has two broad categories of users: healthcare staff who engage with the platform on a daily basis to manage treatment support across the entire cascade of care for all types of patients and individuals/patients/caregivers who engage with the platform and the technology solution in light of adherence management for illnesses such as TB, HIV, menta health, COVID. This category of users also engages with the platform to help them navigate their treatment journey with personalized journey plans.
Implementations
The Everwell Hub has been deployed in over 17 countries with currently active projects in over 12 countries. Everwell has over 1,500,000 active patients seeing care, and a total of 16,386,864 patients ever registered. About 40,000 healthcare professionals across the globe engage with Everwell’s multiple platform interfaces, web and app, on a daily basis.
